How do I file a claim?

A claim can be filed using the following Claim Form.

You will be asked to provide: 

1. Contact details
2. Date and time of incident
3. Description of the incident 
4. Witnesses contact information
5. Any additional relevant information/documentation 

Once you have submitted your detailed report, a VOOM claims representative will be in touch with you as soon as possible.
